# CORPS MEMBERS ADMONISHED TO HOLD ON TO GOD #

The prospective Corps Members for the 2021 Batch 'B' Stream 2 Orientation Course in Issele-Uku has been admonished to hold on to God  in fulfillment of their destiny.

This charge was made by Evangelist Rt. Hon. Joan Onyemaechi Mrakpo of the King Jesus and I Gospel Ministry Asaba, at the Nigerian Christian Corpers Fellowship (NCCF) worship center in NYSC Delta State permanent orientation camp. In a message titled "Your Youth For Christ, The Fulfillment of Your Destiny" anchored text on the book of Daniel 3:18, Genesis 3:6 and the book of Esther 4:14-16 highlighted the roles played by Daniel, Shedrack,  Meshiack and Abednego and Esther in the holy book.

The Evangelist mentioned that a youth for Christ is one that recognises and take stand for Christ, the youth for Christ is one who wants to make a difference in the kingdom, brings glory to God's name and promotes his name.

The guest preacher admonished corps members to dress godly as their appearance is their identity. She urged them to enter into agreement with God, have a relationship with God and to always hold on to God for fulfillment of destiny.

The one time member, House of Representative and Director-General of Delta State Capital Territory Development Agency Rt Hon. Joan Onyemaechi Mrakpo charged the Corps Members to seek God's face for their assignment in Delta State, and also be patience and diligent in carrying out the assignment , as she assured them in Christ Jesus "you must fulfill destiny." 

Furthermore, she pledged to paint the House of God and make the worship center beautiful to the glory of God.

In addition, the State Coordinator Mr Alao Olusegun O. called on the Batch of Corps Members to always do things that glorifies God's name and shun acts capable of bringing shame and reproach to themselves, family and the Scheme. He urged them to unite our nation Nigeria and be in the vanguard to reposition Nigeria and give it a pride of place. He also thanked the guest preacher for the word of God shared to the congregation of God's children and prayed for more grace for her in ministry and in life endeavors.

Mr. Alao prayed for the Batch of Corps Members for a successful service year and declared that at the end of the service year non will be found missing among us.

Highlights were the songs and praises to God, the word of life shared to the congregation and soul winning for God.
